At the AIMA conference in Sydney, CQS founder Sir Michael Hintze shared his views on the global economy. He highlighted concerns about the French economy, saying that as many European countries are beginning to come out of their financial crises, France may be just entering one.
“My real view of the danger is in France, because France has not come to grips with their fiscal and social issues there,” Hintze said.
He also raised concerns about the actions of central banks around the world and how they are distorting markets.
